I had always HEARD about them but never around them till Jacksonville got the Super Bowl 19 years ago. We went to the Riverfront / Stadium area, the Friday night before the game. SOME of them seemed pretty cool. But I'd say 75-85% of them are just MORONS with nothing but ignorance spewing from the holes under their noses. Saw several groups (In groups, OF COURSE) walking around and doing NOTHING but stirring the pot and simply looking for azz whooping. It's so pathetic that Eagles Fans take pride in being Summer's Eve Products.
