***Yearbook writing…we always had a rule at The Mid…no yearbook writing…you often read in a yearbook that the 0-10 football team never surrendered their fighting spirit…gag me with a spoon gross.

The Matthew Stafford doc….was as Al McGuire used to say… “A little too much French pastry.”

But what I did like…was the showing of the pain he was in…Until you get close to football…and it took me a few years to pick up on it…a bruised shoulder, sprained ankle, sore ribs in September will still be their in December…

Seeing how Stafford dealt with all of that…which we saw this past year…just causes him to rise in estimation…

I did appreciate the time they focused on his family…but it felt like a rah-rah piece…
