Draft day scenario

If QB's go in 4 of the top 5 and Harrison goes to the Cards so the people jumping high for QB's are done, how much would it cost the Rams to jump up to say from 19 to say 7 if they wanted Dallas Turner or one of the remaining top WR's? I know everything cost more when QB's are involved but if that isn't the case how much draft compensation would it cost? Heck better yet if the Cards trade back to a QB hungry team and QB's go 1-5, maybe the Rams might have a shot at Harrison, a guy can dream. Something similar was proposed regarding Alt but while I wouldn't move up for Bowers, TE, for the top edge, elite WR or OT I can live with if compensation isn't too high. I would love to land an elite prospect with our first first in ages.
