His track record on evaluating talent is well known. Someone mentioned Trung Canidate but I also remember Martz being the main guy who wanted Jason Sehorn too! lol
Martz used to be a great OC but when evaluating talent...not so much! In fact, he wasn't that good at evaluating coaches either, lol, remember him hiring his buddy Larrie Marmie??? 'Nuff said!
