Melton is my favorite DB outside the 1st round.
Rice is an absolute fit, and what I think the Rams are looking for at WR.
Jones was overlooked at Texas because his teammate will be a top 3 OT drafted next year.
Chambers works well next to Jones nicely.
You added a PS QB, a safety that I know well when he was a CB for Northern Iowa in the MVC in the FCS. And you added my favorite kicker.
