Top third of the draft should be almost entirely offense.

Several teams MUST draft QBs. Chicago, Washington, NE, and Minnesota.
Other teams MUST get OTs and WRs to give their QBs some weapons.

Every one of the top dozen teams arguably is most likely to go offense. I'd be surprised if more than 1 defensive player were selected in the first 12 picks.

This bodes well for the Rams who need, and will go, nearly exclusively defense in this draft. I'd guess that 7 of their 11 picks will be defense, and all of their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round picks will be D.... although I leave room in the 3rd for a WR. That may have changed with AD retiring. Later they'll take an RB (maybe trading back into the 4th round to get one). A late round Olineman, and then that's about it for offense until the UDFA signings.
