In terms of how they finished 2023, moves they have made in free agency, draft capital, and the lack of dominant competition in the NFC, the Rams appear to have excellent prospects for a Super Bowl run in 2024. If AD had been sitting on the fence, it seems that he would have come down on the side of giving it one more season under such promising circumstances.
