The announcement of Aaron’s restructuring his contract followed by almost immediate news of his retirement, doesn’t there have to be more? If his retirement was known by the big brass and the team wanted to ease the pain with his cap hit there must be more to this story. I suspect we’ll see more coming that the Rams restructuring of the contract was a win/win situation structured to award Aaron and create more cap room and dead money relief. One more hole to fill now. The Vikes just traded up to 23 ( I think). I wonder if they approached the Rams with an offer to trade up?
