Let's say the Rams use the majority of their cap to retain last years team, as they have mostly done so far.

Maybe we get a mid-high level CB or safety in FA.

And the rest has to be added via the draft...

Are they a ligit contender?

Or do we need to restructure guys, kick the can down the road, and go after Burns, etc...
