Yeah, keeping Wentz for one more year and drafting Rattler might not be the worst backup QB option, huh?

I think Rams (McVay) have learned 3 things the hard way.

The importance of a good OL.
The necessity of a strong running game to complement Stafford (which includes calling running plays during the game).
How critical it is to have a decent backup QB behind the aging Stafford.

If those lessons have in fact been learned then Rams will act accordingly moving forward.
