Wasn't Landon Dickerson always Kelce's replacement?

Alabama OC from a few years back was the top OC in his draft but had an injury to get over. I always assumed he was Kelce's heir apparent but when Kelce extended his career they plugged Dickerson in at OG. Now if they move Dickerson to OC then that would create a hole at OG however.
