I've never been impressed by Snead. I thought he was good because he's certainly done some thing right, but he's also made some bad personnel decisions. But I have to say that I really enjoyed listening to him and was impressed by his approach and leadership.

I don't know enough about all the other GMs in the NFL world to see how he compares but I liked what I hear here.
