Honestly I don't know enough about it, including Surtain, I watched zero Broncos games ...
That said ...
We're staring down McKinstry, Mitchell, Dejean, and Wiggins at 19, maybe even after a trade down. These guys all played big time football at big programs (save Mitchell, who might get taken the highest) ... and could be had at pennies on the dollar.
I don't know that I see any team trading a first for Surtain with that price tag given the crop of first round CBs.
