Powell was an above average punt returner.

But for some reason, McVay never utilized him on offense. Which is funny, because O'Connell uses him on offense in Minnesota and he's actually making an impact for them at WR.

But that's what they need in a WR4 right now. A guy that bring speed to the table that can stretch a defense, but also a reliable return threat at punt returner. Would help our poor Special Teams immediately.
