I realize Tutu is only going to cost $1.9 mil, and if they cut him it would save only $1.5 mil. But, where is there space for a 4th WR who does nothing else?
I think the Rams will try to draft a development WR that is already a real good PR guy (forget KR, no one kicks to a KR guy anymore).
