Just noting, maybe even just for myself, what I'm looking for at the combine from each ...

It should be noted that 3 cone and short shuttle are high priorities from our FO on prospects. So I won't mention that unless I really need to. Top 3 prospects won't change ... changes in the top 10 should be really minor.



Javon Baker, UCF Need to see hands/Gauntlet and deep speed.

Jermaine Burton, Alabama Need to see his 3 cone. He's a possession guy that wins 50/50 balls. He will run a sub 4.4, he's got wheeels, but he's stiff, so yeah the 3 cone. I'd love to be in an interview room with him as well because I have concerns

Jalen Coker, Holy Cross New to me.

Keon Coleman, Florida State Not looking at anything, really. I know him. I want to see him weigh in and run

Malachi Corley, Western Kentucky Gauntlet. 40 time for me

Jacob Cowing, Arizona gauntlet and 40. His 3 cone should be nuts.

Ryan Flournoy, Southeast Missouri State Intrigued at Senior Bowl ... Ill be watching everything.

Troy Franklin, Oregon I expect him to jump out of the gym ... so he could hurt himself if he doesn't, very curious on 3 cone. Weigh in, I think he is really light

Anthony Gould, Oregon State Low priority ... PR.

Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State In a normal year, it would be him and everyone else. This year he has steep competition from Nabers and Odunze so if he doesn't participate and they kill it, they could literally jump him. Just to compete

Jha’Quan Jackson, Tulane Gauntlet (when I say this, it's hands, stride, and confidence/speed)

Adonai Mitchell, Texas 3 cone is huge here. Reminds of Pickens, has more good tape ... 40 time

Malik Nabers, LSU Just for popcorn.

Rome Odunze, Washington Just for popcorn.

Ricky Pearsall, Florida I kinda want him to run slow ... but I expect him to do everything well and be drafted higher than most expect.

Ja’Lynn Polk, Washington Need straight speed. Again, this is with UW kids, because I had a hard time differetntiating them on the field and Odunze is ridiculous. 40 time and 3 cone. He's a day 2 target of mine, Rams will love his physicality

Brenden Rice, USC I want him to run slow. Please run slow. His aggression ot the ball will not be on display during this so he'll be a mid rounder unles he runs in the 4.4s. Curious how he runs as well

Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, Georgia I have my eyes on him. Georgia runs fast, so I doubt there's much hope he comes off slow, but Iike his game. 40 time and 3 cone. He competes like crazy and is a reliable target, I worry about his ability to separate

Jordan Whittington, Texas Beast with the ball in his hands. Want his 3 cone. Puka, Kupp type, tough, good route runner, I wanna see a 40 time

Isaiah Williams, Illinois I feel like I know him well enough.

Johnny Wilson, Florida State Very curious on 3 cone, high jump. Note ... I never thought he'd be strong or smooth enough to play WR, and he proved me wrong. yeah, I still don't have a position for him, wanna see everything

Roman Wilson, Michigan Watching to see if he jumps out the gym. Can't target him higher than 52 but if he runs a 4.3 I have to assume he's off the board. 40 time for sure

Xavier Worthy, Texas See above. Mix Tutu and Tank Dell. Likely a 4.40 guy (not 4.28) and not as good a route runner as Dell ... but strong hands and plays bigger than he is. 3 cone and high jump. I love this kid in round 2, but his weigh in is going to be huge. Is he really 6'-1" and only 165ish? yikes. I want to see his 40, because I think he cracks 4.3

Just a note before people get all twisted, I really don't care about 40 times as the end all, be all, but sometimes they give me a better feel for how fast, quick they can be, esp when watching them play against inferior competition, its hard to know how athletic/fast a CB is covering him. I still trust my eyes at the end of the day.
