I spoke to them and told them I wanted what I have now - which costs 219/month -with the protection plan, whole home DVR, and whatever else they pile on (I have been getting loyalty credits of 80/ month for a long as I can remember -and the football package for free (and that's gone now).
All they would give me now was a 100-gift card and 20 off per month -I said no -so my time is up on March 2nd.
