So this is my trench warfare analysis. One on ones with the big boys are always a little tough to judge for me because it's about "controlled losing" usually ... also you see guys getting wide where you'd generally hit another lineman. Then there's the game ... and in this case the O line really could open holes in the running game mostly.

Nonetheless, there was good talent on display and while the announcers were focused on a couple players I thought attention was needed elsewhere usually.

Ethan Driskell Marshall OT 6-8 315. He has an attitude I like .... likely a redshirt guy, but I think he could develop and he didn't disappoint me this week. Day 3 stash and develop or use as a swing OT.

Troy Fautanu Washington OT DNP I don't think he's an OG. His feet just say otherwise. Maybe you want to move him inside, okay, I'm going to draft him to play OT and move him if he can't handle it.I agree, start him outside and if all else fails, he's a monster at OG.

Taliese Fuaga Oregon State OT DIPPED after day 1. He's not for every team. But he's a legit monster. His arms are shorter than I wanted at a hair under 34, but at 6-6 it's still a good enough wingspan. DJ agrees with you that he is still a OT, I think he's the best OG in the draft.

Roger Rosengarten Washington OT Draft him to redshirt and takeover on the right side? I'll keep him in mind. And a note, he protected Penix's blind side.Weird thing about left handed QBs, the RT is more important than the LT. Solid day 3 guy.

Kingsley Suamataia BYU OT Freak athlete that needs to be coached up a bit, and that's what I saw. He lost early reps and won later and showed well in the game. The framework is all there, he just needs the coaching. Someone is gonna take that massive upside early day 2 IMO.

Jeremy Flax Kentucky OT Think he got hurt?

Javon Foster Missouri OT I was looking forward to him, and he didn't disappoint. Played both sides and held his own. Surprised he's not got more hype. He's likely a day 2 guy that I think would be a first rounder in a normal year. He's a weird guy to me, a light weight (309) power blocker with heavy feet, can he add good weight and not lose anymore of his limited mobility?

Delmar Glaze Maryland OT He had some decent reps, but I'm not sold.Day 3 developmental swing tackle, he has played both sides.

Tyler Guyton Oklahoma OT He was the subject of lots of raving, but I don't have him that high. I think he plays a little out of control and sloppy for how gifted he is. For me he's the opposite of Raym in that manner (same O line).I like him, not sure he is top 15 material, he needs some seasoning, I like him more than Latham and Mims, those 2 scare the crap out of me.

Christian Jones Texas OT Surprised me with some really solid reps. Now I'm going to watch the combine and go back for tape.yup, same here

Patrick Paul Houston OT Liked him for years, has a mean streak, and can get "over enthusiastic" but I believe is the talent that people think Guyton is. 6-7 and 35 inch arms.He seems like a good, solid second round pick, I have him behind Guyton, but I'm a sucker for OU lineman

CENTERS
Andrew Raym Oklahoma C I'm a fan, and I saw what I wanted. For me he's a 3-4th round guy who can likely start year one, but will be better year 2.I agree, under rated a bit, early day 3 guy that can make an impact early.

Charles Turner LSU C I wasn't expecting him and he showed decently .. not great, just likely draftable.Just a Guy. Day 3

Sedrick Van Pran Georgia C DNP, still my target round 3.If he gets pushed to round 3 due to JPJ and Barton, he'd be a steal in round 3.

Beaux Limmer Arkansas C So, I'm a fan .... but he needs a year of strength training IMO. And that's what I saw.He needs to add strength I agree, those Georgia boys stole his lunch and lunch money, then gave him a wedgie for good measure. Day 3 guy for me

Tanor Bortolini Wisconsin C Got his butt kicked all week. I was worried how he'd show, and he wound up on his backside multiple times. He might get drafted, but a weight room is needed

Kingsley Eguakun Florida C Florida's O line was much better with him, and he's passionate ... I think I have him right around Raym in that 4th round area, but I may be missing something? Anyone?.To me he is undersized and I came away unimpressed, he's aggressive, but I need more than that. Later day 3 guy IMO.

Dominick Puni Kansas OT Playing OC now, He had a Remington guy next to him at Kansas (Novitsky?) so he didn't play there? Is that it? Because he was a revelation for me at the position. I will be watching the combine here and he may rise significantly. I didn't have him as draftable. Now he could be a 3rd-4th rounder.OG, then OT in college, I was surprised by him. He looks like a late day 2 guy to me. I love his power, too short to stay outside.

Jackson Powers-Johnson Oregon C DIPPED. He tweaked something day one, but he won every rep. He's gonna be top 40, and he's this year's Avila (6-3 335 lbs. just moves people). He may get out of round 1, but he's a monster. He works in a zone or gap/power scheme and bullies people. I was late to his party, too focused on Van Pran.

GUARDS
LaDarius Henderson Michigan OT Not long enough for outside, not strong enough for inside ... He's a prime example the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. His only saving grace is that he has played LT, LG, RG and RT in college. So late day 3 IMO

Trevor Keegan Michigan OG Lost more than he won.Only given up 3 sacks in 3 years, that line really outperformed its individual pcs. Late day 3.

Sataoa Laumea Utah OT I was pleasantly surprised with his move inside.

Jordan Morgan Arizona OT He played outside a good deal during the week, but at 32.5 inch arms, he's not playing OT. He's got a nasty streak so I believe he'll be a great OG.Agreed 100%

Isaiah Adams Illinois OG I think he has more good football ahead of him, and I like him as a swing OG for a year or two.

Cooper Beebe Kansas State OG DNP. Best OG in the draft, "pure" OG. He played his Bowl game so I won't ding him for dipping. He's simply a plug and play career OG and likely pro bowler.Pure OG, I agree, positional value has him firmly in round 2 for me.

Brandon Coleman TCU OT I liked him inside though he seemed like he was still getting comfy there. He's strong enough and mean enough. Needs some time but has value as a 6th man on game day.LT/LG that will end up being a LG, he is gonna test through the roof. Day 3 unless someone gets all worked up over his pajama olympics lol

Javion Cohen Miami (FL) OL He had a weaker week, and is a late round guy.

Christian Haynes UConn OG Top 100 guy, good anchor, and showed well in 1:1s.I was pleasantly surprised by how good he looked. He dominated. def day 2.

Layden Robinson Texas A&M OG I thought he'd perform better, I had him higher, he fell for me from mid to late rounder.

IDL
Jaden Crumedy Mississippi State IDL Rotational. He's a body.

Justin Eboigbe Alabama DL I expect more polish out of Bama DL, but he was quick to learn it looked like (we could hear coaching this year) and he's got the physical tools. Mid rounds likely.Early day 3 guy to me, Alabama DL are hit or miss, no inbetween

Braden Fiske Florida State DL Won the best practice award. Whirling dervish arms. Thought he might exhaust himself but his conditioning is obviously part of his game. Between late games last year and the rest of the process I don't think he'll get out of round 2. Reminds me of Kevin Wolf to the Broncos from years back? I mentioned in another post his swinging arms, I had him as a mid round guy, citing he didn't look overly athletic. Great first step and obviously great hand usage. He's trending to round 2.

Marcus Harris Auburn DL This fella plays better in game ... had some 1:1 issues but his tape is better. Still likely 5-6th round.Agreed, he's a gamer.34 DE imo, maybe a 3T

McKinnley Jackson Texas A&M DL Didn't stand out. Probably draftable.Weird build at 6'-1.5" and 331 lbs, Day 3 guy to me, i think others like him more than we do.

Jordan Jefferson LSU DL Got a good talking to for losing his cool and ripping Haynes helmet off in 1:1s .. a thing to note is that he's LSU's 3rd DT. Wingo (who I like) and Maason Smith were 1 and 2. So he's got talent and will likely be underdrafted. Though I don't know if he took himself off our board with that outburst.Day 3 guy that I would have zero tolerance with. This is a job interview idiot, you don't fight the interviewee.

Byron Murphy II Texas IDL DNP. He's listed as the top DT? I have a Texas K State game I obviously need to watch. I didn't have him that high. Maybe around the 50 spot. How is he ahead of Jerzahwn Newton? He isn't ahead of Newton on my board and Robinson probably also passed him, day 2 guy to me, 2nd round.

Darius Robinson Missouri IDL One of my legit favorite players in this draft. 6-5 288, long arms. Great swim move. Can play any spot on the line and can stand up at LB and drop if needed. Smooth athlete and all day speed. I have him likely just outside the top 20 right now. He's a climber on my list, I had him 3rd round, now more like top 25, multipositional beast

T’Vondre Sweat Texas IDL DIPPED, which is fine, he was killing the O linemen. You need two people to block him. I'll see more of him, but he's around the 20-30 area and hasn't really budged for me.Guessing he falls right behind Newton and Robinson as IDL3, he's a lot to handle

DeWayne Carter Duke DL This is a guy I like, and he had a really solid week. Team Captain at Duke if I'm remembering right. Flashes every game, won 1:1s half the time. Likely late 3rd unless someone loves him, might even make the 5th. A Rams type of DL, Holds up well at the point of attack and get after the QB a bit (8 sacks in '22) late day 3, early day 4

Tyler Davis Clemson IDL Literally copy the above for Carter. Yeah, they will be side by side in my rankings, I think Davis will test better, but I like Cater a tad more

Brandon Dorlus Oregon IDL Played all over the line ... didn't have the week I thought he would, looked a bit tentative. Feels like round 2 or 3 but I'm not done with him. Love this kid, if he was longer, he'd be a 1st round DE, thought he had an OK week, considering the quality of OL talent they were up against.

Gabe Hall Baylor DL Inconsistent tape, inconsistent week. He killed it day one then disappeared.

Michael Hall Jr. Ohio State DL Smaller dude, ball of anger. Good news is that we know how to teach those ... do we need more? One of the youngest players in the draft, needle is pointing up on him.

Keith Randolph Jr. Illinois IDL Can probably copy the Carter and Davis thing here, as well. The cream of this crop is the value in the 4th and 5th round. Agreed, although he is longer than the other 2. day 3 to me

EDGE
Chris Braswell Alabama LB Played in a 3-4 ... was trying to bull rush before testingout some other moves ... I don't think I can fit him in round 2 for me. I feel like 3rd round is his spot.I'm gonna probably have him in round 2, and I know I shouldn't do this, but lack of top end edge rushers moves him up a round in my book

Nelson Ceaser Houston LB Was curious on how he'd show out, and he's looking like a late rounder with some upside.Looked about how I thought he would, day 3 guy for me

Jalyx Hunt Houston Christian OLB Project, started at Safety. Violent and powerful, but needs to be developed. My first taste of this kid, and man was I impressed, too early to slot him, but my gut tells me middle rounds, love his size and range. Favorite EDGE after first 2 rounds. Tell Im excited?

Cedric Johnson Ole Miss OLB Bigger than your average LB at 265, but he's fluid enough. I'd prefer him at DE. He had some nice wins, and his tape is decent. Im guesing 4th round unless someone falls in love.Day 3 DE all day long

Myles Cole Texas Tech LB Size and length make him a better DE prospect. Plays angry.

Austin Booker Kansas LB This was the biggest surprise for me ... smaller kid but had some crazy flashes of moves and talent. 6-3 240 and decently long arms. Where he fits for me is that if we get a FA edge, he'd be a great 3rd round pickup pass rush specialist to develop and put some muscle on.I was pleasantly surprised, later day 3 draft and develop type

Jaylen Harrell Michigan LB I have a hard time judging players that come from a great defense, because there is so much surrounding talent ... but he stood out. Won some one on ones and flashed in the game like he did during the year. I need to see #s and combine showing to get my read on him, but he could be a top 50 guy.I don't know where to put him, he is basically a 43 SAM that has the rush set of a 34 edge, I need to see him test, but for now he is labelled day 3

Brennan Jackson Washington State DE Loved his tape. Feel like he could play edge LB even at 266 ... but I could be wrong. Probably gonna sit down and watch his tape against UW against those OTs. Again, 3rd round grade unless he kills the combine.Maybe, but I have tabbed as a 43 DE, day 3

Adisa Issac Penn State DE He made some money this week and is likely to go maybe 15-20 picks after his teammate Chop Robinson. He gets pressure, he's good against the run, disruptive overall. Solid second rounder unless his numbers freak people out, which coming from Penn State that could happen. He is absolutely my Round 2 EDGE target, has been for a while. He can set an edge, and win pass rushing with speed and athletic ability, in a prototypical build. Needs seasoning and could stand to get stronger.

Marshawn Kneeland Western Michigan DL I did not get a single Western Michigan game this year so this was a first time opportunity. Mainly a power rusher ... but he is strong as heck. DJ had him at 47 and there's no way I have him that high. but maybe top 100. Again, solid, not spectacular.Yeah, never seen him before, day 3 guy

Laiatu Latu UCLA OLB DIPPED after day 1, showing a varied arsenal of moves and excellent polished hands. I still have him as my top Edge until Turner and Verse show me more. I have him top 10.Its all about his neck medicals for me, top 3 edge all things equal.

Braiden McGregor Michigan OLB Like him more as a high motor 3rd DE in a 4-3 .. a little stiff but gets some wins. 5th round I'd say.Day 3 43 DE, probably outperforms his draft position, hard worker

Javon Solomon Troy DE Career full of sacks (over 30) and some games where he went off (3 or 4 sacks). I need to see his bend. I didn't really get to see him win much this week (he won a couple). No idea where he goes or how he tests. His partner in crime Djubinor (also 30 plus sacks) was much more noticeable at the Shrine game against lesser talent.

Eric Watts UConn DL UCONN under Jim Mora had two beastly edge rushers (other was a sophomore, can't remember his name) ... I have him higher than he'll likely go because during games I see him just wear down OTs and start winning on pure power and violence. He has a plus get off. I may have a late second round grade on him after the combine, need to see some agility numbers.Long DE. I think he could work in either 34 or 43, i have him day 3 though

Thanks for reading ... questions and comments welcome ... also ... the best analysis is if Deadpool responds ... in general I'd take his word over mine if they differ.I wouldn't and neither would my fiancee LOL
