That was very poorly written, but the thing I did learn is that Wentz doesn't need to play any more football. He has made about $130 million.
He can look at any opportunity he likes and money will not be the determining factor.
Of course the Rams would like him back as a quality #2. But, like Baker Mayfield, he has the ability to be a starter elsewhere.
So, I doubt anyone will whisper anything to him. Some desperate team will pay big bucks for him.
He's had starter ability for years, but hasn't been able to consistently apply that ability. I don't see that happening for him. Like many here I hope he stays on in LA as a backup.
