Poor McVay

He started the Rams off-season having been knocked out of the playoffs at least one game earlier than they might have expected...... to announce no coaching changes (except for great opportunities)..... which his wife will be delighted about and hopefully see more of him!!!

Honestly, I cannot think of another team in the last 20 plus years that has been raided for their coaches year in year out like McVays Rams.

He honestly hoped to keep this bunch of coaches together for at least another year.... with the exception of Morris rightfully getting another HC gig.

But man oh man...he's lost
- DC: R Morris
- asst HC: J Lake
- QB: Z Robinson
- DL: Henderson
- asst ST: J Springer

And now possibly LB: C Shula.

It's almost unbelievable attrition. It just simply seems unfair to McVay. So I propose the NFL inacts a new line that if the Rams lose a coordinator or more than 4 coaches in a year we get axtra draft picks!!! That might slow it down a bit or not, but at least we'd get paid for providing the NFL with coaches!!!!
