According to the rule changes in 2020.....Lake going to Atlanta means the Rams get some comp. picks.
"If 2 minority coaches are hired by another team, then that team will be awarded 3rd RD comp. picks."
But, Lake was only here for 1 yr.....So, that may be the stipulation that keeps Rams from getting any picks."
