When they made the trade I didn't know a lot about him. Sure, I had seen him... quite a bit actually.... but not with a studious eye. At the time of the trade... I was worried, very worried actually. But it didn't take long....
As a Ram I, obviously, watched much closer..... and it didn't take long at all until I saw what others had said about Stafford... that he was special. Quite special, actually... I think if you mention the names Rodgers, Brady, and you do not mention Stafford you have erred. He is of that ilk.
Goff could enter that select group by winning the SB this year.... but that changes nothing about Stafford. It just means the Rams had two of the best since McVay has been HC. - JamesJM
