I don't think Tutu wants to add weight Speed. I remember posting an article about it last year or the year before where he was quoted.

At this point, Tutu is what he is...an undersized, underused WR.

I am not sure Tutu has been used the best we could've used him. I will say this though, there is no way I want him returning kicks. He is better at being a WR than a returner IMO.
