I kinda see how that could get missed...
It was the second hit that should have drawn the flag...the one to the head

The one on Puka....smh
Bad enough the pull on the jersey was missed/overlooked....
But the early contact was so obvious....and that was way outside the norm of "It's the Playoffs"
