I feel the Lions coaches told their players to launch themselves into tackles helmet first into Rams players after they were already going to go down just to try to injure them to take them out of the game because they knew the Rams were about to take the game over in the 2nd half.... The Puka hits on the side line and even the P.I. play with the LB taking a cheap shot, Stafford's late hit that slammed him to the ground and of course Higs ACL injury. Maybe even Kyren Williams hand injury and neck injury plays.
