We know he wasn't the same guy when he returned. So maybe he played through some pain or for whatever reason his body wasn't full back but he put himself out there. For myself I think he has earned that benefit of the doubt, to where I'm going to wait and see how he looks come next camp and preseason, and I expect we'll get a lot of stories saying he's busted his you know what to get back to the guy he's always been for us.
If not, then I'll cross that bridge. But I do know this... The moment he leaves the game he will be one of our offensive coaches.
