first of all I had a promotion of $60 off a month last year for 12 months....I noticed it ended and my bill went up $60
I said, listed, I noticed my bill went up $60 a month. I was going to drop DirectV when you guys lost Sunday ticket, but have been a long time customer and kept it. Now I haven't had ABC since December 1sT (yes we are negotiating a contract with them).......No Sunday Ticket and now No ABC (we will get that back sir). I think I want to drop service unless you can save me some money.
He dropped the bill $60 a month for 12 months again
Gave me a credit for the 6 weeks without ABC (no sure what that CR was)
and he cut $10 off my high speed internet for 12 months as I bundle with ATT.
So, just call billing and ask for retetions (you can get billing on main menu when you call) and tell them you want to drop service due to..... and they will work with you to keep you as a customer.
I actually like DirecTV as I have several TVs all with DVRs and a nice expanded sports package for less than the cut the cord people. DM me if you need more help.
