Pederson fired. Chargers a good landing spot?

Pederson might be a good candidate for the San Diego....er....LA Chargers.

He's offense minded, has had a lot of success as a head coach.
Good at developing/working with QBs. He'd need to have a darn good DC in his pocket.
Probably a better HC than they have had in a long time.
