They are good to go on offense, except they HAVE to draft a QB to get ready to step in for Stafford to keep that side of the ball rolling. And it needs to be done in this draft or the next, even if Stafford plays well next season and going into 2025.
Every other pick next draft should be defense.
My thinking is this..........if they don't have a QBOF they aren't going to be anything but a WC at best. And may not make the playoffs because if they don't have that they can't compete for the division with the 49ers and with the schedule at 17 games if you are winning 10 games it's a longshot that you make it in with 9.
Snead should be in the discussion for GM of the Year. He won't win it, but this season has really highlighted his acumen so I think he gets a few votes.
