Is he perfect? Far from it.
Has his playcalling cost us games? Undoubtedly.
But to take a roster this young and inexperienced, start out slow at 3-6, then continue working ( work works) and developing and growing the players until we come in and finish out the season 7-1, with our only loss in OT to the best team in football?
This dude is the best Rams coach of my lifetime for how he creates winning teams, keeps losing and finding and bringing in new assistant coaches, and making the playoffs nearly every year. Including 2 SBs in 5 years.
I know we have quibbles, friends, but can we acknowledge and that his overall performance has been outstanding year after year, and that we are lucky to have him?
