I seriously doubt there is anyone on this board with enough NFL experience to assess, evaluate, or judge Sean McVays abilities to coach in the league. You would have to be exposed to consume and process ALL information that is available before, during and after each game and season to have an accurate opinion. If I'm wrong, I would love to know the resume of those back seat drivers thriving on 20/20 hindsight so I could be corrected and more enthusiastic about reading their comments.
Where are the brilliant posters claiming he is over his head, doesn't know how to coach and throw in that Snead does not have the ability to judge talent.
I am in full support of the entire package we have as talent evaluators, coaching and ownership. I am very happy with the success and performence of our group and do not have unrealistic expectations. I lived through the dark times before and during jeff fisher. We should all be proud!
