For years we have seen how Dallas seemingly has all the talent in the world, comes out of the gates looking formidable, and then starts stumbling later in the season. I truly don't know why that is. But we see it all the time in the team sports world.
And then there are the teams that wobble around to start the year, begin to right the ship, and as the season gets late they peak and start playing their best ball.
Seattle and the Rams are pretty good examples of that right now. That happened with some regularity in the Tom Brady NE era. Philly and Dallas the opposite. Strange.
Maybe its team chemistry. Maybe its the coaching. Maybe your schemes get figured out. Maybe some teams just have better injury luck later in the year for a awhile. Maybe it is simply random. But I do know that all too often its the HC that gets the blame for the wilt, or the praise for the bloom.
