Quarterbacks around the league are asking for NFL legislation which asks officials to consider penalty calls based on, down and distance, time on the clock, team records, etc.

According to them, only flagrant or egregious penalties should warrant flags during critical moments or games.

IMO, the game should be called the same way from whistle to whistle. Not "situational".
