I don't think it's much of a stretch at all to think the Ram's could be the 2nd best team in the NFC. Not sure how anyone could have complete confidence in the Eagles right now... OR Dallas... OR the Lions... OR the Bucs.... OR the Vikings. The Whiners, however, are a different case.
