Here’s the thing about Goff.
He’s an extreme QB in that under pressure he’s worse than most QBs, but give him time and he’s better than most QBs.
Thats why we see these huge swings in performance from him, and also why his critics and supporters have a field day with the guy.
After last night, we get crickets or grumpy posts from his critics. But wait for a game when Goff is getting pummeled by a pass rush and the critics pound their chests.
Keep in mind, his big time critics are usually guys who fly off the handle when things don’t go exactly as they think they should. These are typically guys who post silly things like dump McVay when he doesn’t do exactly what us amateur fans think.
