Instead of the midround guys jumping every year they'll stick around and try to get into earlier round consideration but also benefit from what has to be an enjoyable atmosphere. I mean it's great to be king while you can and all the benefits that come with it.
So for the NFL the impact would be that you get more QBs with more experience in each draft once things normalize. Also many of the collegiate teams might benefit more from actually teaching them something (pro style reads at the LOS for example) instead of just out-athleting their opponents.
