- the difference between McVay then and now, at the exact same part of the season (12 games)
- how getting back to the fundamentals parlayed itself into training camp "gnarly sweat sessions"
- McVay adopting AD's mantra "Work Works" and applying it to this year's rookies and young players
- transitioning to a "Gap and Power" running system now
- fast forward to the game against the Browns and how it led to this win
