Watching Colts at Titans. Question about the 1999 Rams game in Tenn.

Was it ever confirmed that they Piped in noise? I have seen MANY games there on TV and have NEVER heard it as loud as that Rams game.

I also say Wilkins was ROUGHED on the miss at the end!

Ya know???? Rams were not THAT far from a PERFECT season in 99.....Wilkins roughed.......That...That...4th down in Detroit and.....It was rest starters in Philly.
