If I recall, we cut Floyd when we didn't have to. There was only $3 million in cap savings and a big cap hit ($19 mil).
Meanwhile he's had 9.5 sacks in Bufflao and we lack his experience on the outside.
One of the bigger head scratchers of the offseason, though it was part of the shed high salaries long-rang plan.

As someone on this list mentioned a while ago, which I agree with, Snead didn't realize we'd be this good which has made some moves look bad in hindsight..
