Stafford definitely still has flashes of rare elite arm talent brilliance on a weekly basis. He's just struggling with consistency, perhaps due to injuries but I also do not think McVay's game-planning, in-game management and play-calling is helping him much.

Rams probably will not be able to draft one of the top two Qbs in the upcoming draft so it would be wise to go after a new LOT in the frist round plus some more help on the o-line in free agency to protect STafford at all cost. If he has time and good protection he will take every defense apart.
Even more when you give him a solid ground game.
IMHO he has 2-3 more years in him to play at a very high level.
