Rams now have 2 Veteran QB's and a young rookie with Bennet.
The Rams offense already proved last year that a traveling VET like Mayfield could succeed and WIN in this offense. Wentz is light years better than what we had in Rypien. He's here to backup Stafford and that's his role.
Here's a thought....Rams can focus on OLINE/DLINE in the draft.....Not go all in on some QB hopeful, they can even trade down a couple spots in RD1 with a QB desperate team and go fill up this roster with some RD1/RD2 talent.
McVay made one mistake IMHO....He had a visual warning last week that Rypien was not an NFL QB, but still kept him and let him start against the Packers, already knowing what the outcome was going to look like. and it looked BAD. Rypien was in over his head and McVay knew it was going to look like it did.
