There are a few bones I would pick with this article but I'll lay all that aside to get to the bottom line:
The best way for the Rams to prepare this young team for a winning - maybe a Super Bowl run - team in 2024 is to not abandon their winning culture, to continue to be resiliant, refine and develop their strengths, learn from and overcome their weaknesses.
Everybody brings their best selves to a we not me collective team effort, and does that with a committment to excellence.
It's that simple, and that difficult simultaneously.
