We are 3-5 vs a lineup of top teams. The second half of the schedule is much easier. So I think we'll see roughly a reversal of where they are now and we'll finish around that .500 range.
If health favors us we could be in that wildcard mix but we have zero room for error here. The team has to climb out of this hole a bit before they can take a loss or two and still be able to have an eye on the playoffs.
So Green Bay isn't a must-win but it's about as close to one as you can get midseason. And that post-bye game vs Seattle is crucial too because it gets them back to .500 where maybe they can finish a game or two above that mark with that easier sched.
If we drop Green Bay and Seattle it's over. If we drop one of the two it's probably over because we'll be using that easier sched just to fight back to .500 and will probably run out of road.
