If I recall correctly, the Whiner game was quite winnable and the Rams outplayed them in several respects.
However, much like in other recent losses, I think coaching, offensive play-calling, 2nd half adjustments and in-game management played a large role in the Rams ultimately losing a close game they had an excellent chance to win.
Not much has changed around that and nor will it likely this year.
