Agree.. So many assumed the Rams would be picking top-5 in April and lucky to win 3 games. Now when it looks more like they may go 7-10 or 8-9 there really shouldn't be much complaining about it. It's a transition year and a set up for 2024+. Has been since the offseason began.
And yet.... after this weekend it IS quite possible that the NFC West standings are:
Seattle 5-3
49ers 5-4
Rams 4-5
And the truth is that, regardless of where the Rams finish (6 wins, 9, anywhere in between), they will be positioned (as far as cap space and Draft capital) to improve themselves quite a bit for 2024.
