I think it's a mild sprain type thing right now, It may be a small tear. He takes on that thumb 1 more time before allowing it to heal he's out for a long time IMO....he needs to sit this game out, add in next week...IMO they can win this game without him....run super heavy and keep the pass route simple 10-20 yards and the D must really play the best game throughout.

That thumb can cause that ball to go out of control, and really he hasn't been all that accurate in the last couple games anyway. I hope he's out this week....long haul we'll need him.....they can win this game less Matthew IMO....He was really hurting last week, at times he looked kinda nauseous to me......he's tough but that doesn't mean he's infallible.
