Hate to say it, but it doesn't look like Rams want to win in 2023

Not that they are "trying" to lose, but it looks like 2023 is turning into a development year for our young players and hope to move up the draft board at the same time.....

stock pile the picks and cap space for a nice run in 2024...can't really blame them, since it makes sense if you're not gonna win it all in 2023, so might as well accept it be ready for 2024 when we will be in much better position to make a run
