I really like him.

I've seem him projected all over so I can't know where he fits until I get some numbers.

He has great ball skills and tracking skills. Iowa kids can tackle and are natural leaders.
And he can return punts.

Seems like he has the speed to play CB.

Seen him projected at 16 and down to round 3.
I'd be happy to land him in the second frame early.
