All the more reason to keep that 2024 1st (and 2nd) round draft pick vs. trading it for someone like Burns.
Regardless of where the Rams end up slotted (between 14th and 22nd overall?), there is a long list of QBs- Williams, Maye, Pennix, Ewers, Nix, McCarthy. IF they want to go that way. Rams moved up 15 slots in 2016 to get Goff and they can do it again. Maybe not to #1 overall but they could, say, go up from 19th to 10th or 12th if there's someone they really want.
Or, if someone falls that another team loves, maybe the Rams move back 4-5 spots in the first round and add another top 80 overall pick.
They'll have options.
