I learned very basic stuff. Hams...Spaghetti. I tried to do stuff that can sit for a while if we catch a call. Now my late Brother??? THAT GUY COULD COOK!! When assigned to slower stations, I'd do stuff on the grill a lot more. NOTHING worse than being at a big and BUSY station....you toss 15-20 burger patties on the grill and then.......STRUCTURE FIRE!!!!!! I HATED HATED having to scoop off the grill 15-20 of anything half cooked! LOL
